Data is securely stored using the services of DigitalOcean in New York, United States.
We retain your information only as long as your store remains connected to our apps. Upon uninstallation or data deletion request, your data will be removed in compliance with Shopify’s data request policy. We implement all required Shopify data compliance webhooks.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party service:
- Sentry – Used for monitoring system errors and performance. Only non-personal identifiers such as shop ID are collected to troubleshoot issues. No personally identifiable information is collected by Sentry.
- Tawk.to – We use Tawk.to to provide live chat support within our apps. When you interact with the chat widget, Tawk.to may collect your browser type, and any information you voluntarily provide in the chat (such as your name or email). This data is processed in accordance with Tawk.to’s Privacy Policy. We use this service solely to assist users and respond to inquiries in real time.
5. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard security practices, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Token verification for every incoming request
- Access controls to ensure stores can access only their data
- Secure encryption of API tokens and credentials
6. International Data Transfers
All data is hosted on DigitalOcean servers located in New York, USA. By using our apps, you consent to this international transfer of your data. We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection regulations.
